We launched the first green tea with added vitamins and a great taste.


The aim was to introduce T Plus, the UK’s first functional green tea with added vitamins, to the national press over a three month period.


The challenge was to introduce the brand to consumer press and online titles; this included launching the re-brand. Our biggest challenge was making sure T Plus stood out from well-established competitor brands such as Tea Pigs, Pukka Teas and Dorset Tea.


Week by week, we approached monthly titles along with their online platforms and continued to reach out to national titles and supplements. Once the press got more familiar with the name, product and brand, we arranged one to one media meetings to meet with journalists to secure coverage. Journalists who were unable to meet were sent samples and followed up with a phone call.

As soon as journalists were able to try the tea and experience how different it was compared to other products on the market, coverage began to flow.


In just a 12 week period, we secured national PR coverage in over 15 titles. Coverage included; Natural Products, OK, Reveal, Woman & Home, The Irish Sun Online, Woman, Woman & Home Feel Good You, Yoga and UK Mums.TV.
