We built consumer trust for an unknown product.
Regrowz came to us as an unknown company, looking to build consumer trust that would encourage people to purchase the Regrowz hair regrowth product from the website.
How can we build consumer trust in advance of the website launch? This product was new to the market and no one had tried it, so our overall challenge was to ensure that a potential consumer feels reassured to purchase the product once they get to the website.
We secured over 30 case studies to start trialling the product in advance of the website going live. We liaised with the individual case studies on a weekly basis over the course of six months. We sent them product and monitored the results of the product with weekly feedback forms and headshots.
At the end of the trail period we had secured a strong bank of product testimonials on Trustpilot, video testimonials, Amazon reviews as well as before and after shots in readiness for the launch of the new website.
These all important testimonials installed trust in the consumer as Regrowz launched its new product. We also used the full bank of assets (before and after shots/videos/testimonials) to gain Regrowz’ national coverage in titles such as The Daily Mail, Mail Online, Express, Attitude, Coach and Men’s Fitness. As well as gaining national coverage we have also used these assets for the Regrowz social media accounts to drive traffic to the website. This case study activity was so successful that Regrowz has continued to work with us past the product launch and the brand has asked us to repeat the process for a female product launch coming soon.
